When submitting a proposal, it takes me back to the membership page.

Hi All,

I' just started with Upwork and hoping you can help. When I attempt to submit a proposal for a job I like, it takes me back to the membership page. I'm just wondering if it's a glitch or if I've forgotten to add something to my profile.

Hi Kevin,

I checked and it looks like you are an Exclusive Agency Member. This means you can only submit proposals using the Agency's pool of Connects. If you're Agency does not have any Connects available, please discuss this with the Agency Owner.
