When will I get 'Top Rated'?

I think I should now be Top Rated, but it doesn't seem to have come through:

1. A current Job Success Score of 90% or higher - I've got 98%
2. First hire on Upwork was more than 90 days ago - it was on Feb 28th, so 91 days ago.
3. Maintained Rising Talent status or a Job Success Score of at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks - I've got 13/16 according to my stats.
4. A 100% complete profile  (90% for those who brought their profiles over from Elance) - yes
5. 12-month earnings of at least $1,000 - yes
6. Up-to-date availability (if unavailable now, set a date estimate) - yes
7. An account in good standing with no recent account holds - yes
8. Activity on the platform (proposal, accepted invitation, or earnings) in the past 90 days - plenty

Am I just being impatient, or am I missing something?
