When will I get Top Rated?

Hi there!

It's been 95 days since starting on Upwork and 94 days since my first client, I have 13/16 eligible weeks at 100% JSS, over $1000 earnings, 12 contracts, and no holds. I think that makes me eligible for a Top Rated badge, yes? Do they roll out on specific days, like every other Sunday when the JSS is calculated?
