When will you change the design on the reports pages?

Hey there,

I noticed that you changed the header of the site, moved the search to the left and so on. It's all good, but you never change the design on these pages:

I am confused because I always need to search for links in the header of the site. They are on the right, then on the left. This is inconvenient. These pages never changed design.

Why is this happening?

Also, the profile photo on the pages of Talent Cloud is very stretched. It should be at least 80 by 80 pixels, but it's 50 by 50 there.

Technical support just closes tickets and nothing happens.

I hope you change this.
