Where can I find different skills tests to take?

I've seen in many posts there are various skills tests you can take, like English for example, or spelling. Where can I find these tests so that I can take them to improve my profile?

I would like to confirm that we have removed the Skills Test on Upwork back in 2019. You may read more about it here.
