Hi,
this topic is NOT about invoices between me and my clients. It is about invoice from Upwork to me after I paid a premium membership.
I can't find it anywhere in my account settings.
Please somebody help me as my accountant is not happy with that 🙂

Basically work is working as a monthly statement for their user accounts. They normally send an email at the date when you buying membership But if you will need to get the transaction details you can check that from your Transaction history and create an invoice with that details manually.
If you still need an automatic invoice created by Upwork. Go to your transaction history at top of that you will get a button saying download invoice zip there into that folder you can get an invoice for your membership.
Hopefully, this will sort out your problem.

For each transaction, you can download an invoice. Go to Reports > Transaction History > Locate the transaction for your membership plan > click on the RefID > download the invoice.
