I just looked at my "Get Paid" screen Everything shows good to go.
What got me going to day were the e-mails I received this morning 9-23-2015.
1st E-Mail - subject line "ID Verification Denied"
2nd E-Mail - subject line "Upwork has reviewed your identity verification request and unfortunately, your request has been denied."
This process began on 9-15-2015.
Now that everything look ok, question is do I still need to be worried about my account being suspended at this time?
Everything with your payment method has been resolved and clarified, your account is in good standing and there shouldn't be any related suspension

Yes, that is true.
But... for better or for worse, the simple fact is that issues are often resolved faster when brought to the Community Forum because there are benevolent forum moderators who can cut through red tape and make things happen. Obviously none of us want the Community Forum to turn into a replacement for Customer Support... but there is a certain practical reality that can't be ignored.
