There is no such thing as an affiliate link. There is simply the link to your profile in case you want to show it to some client who isn't on Upwork.

The link to your profile is to the right of your hourly rate, but it is simply a link to your profile, not an affiliate link.

There is no affiliate program.

If you're top rated (you're far from that), you can bring clients (!) and not pay a service fee for contracts with them. Other than that, there is no affiliate program.

"you can bring clients (!) and not pay a service fee for contracts with them". do you mean if I invite my client then I dont pay any service fee as well client also get free service fee.. Means 0% commission?

If you are top rated, yes. (You're not)

No, if you invite clients you pay the standard service fee. The 0% deal is only for top rated freelancers.

I think there's still a credit card service charge for the client; also, it has to be a client who doesn't already have an Upwork account. If you and your client have been working together, then you are already not paying Upwork's service charges, so I've never understood the point of this feature.

there are some marketplace who give such offer. If I invite a client and the client create user using the link I provided , then if he award a project to me , then he dont charge/commission for the project and employee also get the exact project money, no commission will cut on that project.

So is there anything in upwork?

You can get your invoicing handled by Upwork. Escrow and payment protection.

There are no affiliate benefits. Top rated freelancers can get a special link and can invite outside clients and not pay a service fee (the client pays the client fee), but you are not top rated.
