Today I wanted to submit a request. My requests are mostly the ones that don't require discussion, or asking me for more details. It's signing of Confirmation of Services documents. I attach a signed pdf and you send it back to me with your signatures.
Now I see 4 options: Chat, Phone, Communty, Email.
I don't want to chat. There is nothing to chat about: the request is simple, and, as I said, there is nothing to discuss. I don't want to call you: I don't speak English. Noone will sign my document here. And I definitely don't want to send emails.
I chose Chat and had to wait till a support member read what I wrote, answered with some pointless messages, and informed me that she created a new request. I liked how it was before: Submit a request, got an answer. Plain and simple for everyone.
Please bring back a simple "Submit request" option as it was earlier. I hate to say that everything you do with the platform makes it only worse.

Hi Aleksandr,
You can still use the same option by submitting your request as a ticket to our customer support and our team will respond back to you.
If you have any additional questions fell free to post them here.

Here is what I get when I click "Get help". What should I choose to simply "submit a request"?

Ah, it was Email. I thought that an email is an email. And a ticket is a ticket. Well, thanks for the help anyway.

You can chose the option to Email now and a ticket will be created for you. You can access your ticket sections on this Link.
Aleksandr's screenshot shows an entirely new Support interface, which I am so happy to see - but was Upwork planning on telling anyone about it?! I've only been posting about problems with the old system since last JULY... Seems like it would be an important step to inform freelancers that not only was the problem fixed, but that there's a whole new system.
