Where's My Deposit??

I requested my instant pay withdrawal as normal. The fund were deposited and immediately withdrawn from my account. This is the same account I've always used and had money deposited with no issues. This is frustrating because my bank can't help and Upwork customer support cannot be reached AT ALL! The links on the support page just circle back to the support page and the "get help" link is not active.
