Whether my proposal submitted or not ?

When i submit the proposal it shows a screen which has buttons change terms and withdraw. While submitting my old proposal i always click change terms button and it gets disable. But today i saw my old propsals where change term button is not disable. So i am confused whether my porposal saw by client or not ? is it submitted ?

Hi Zaheer,

Your proposal has been submitted. If you would like to change the rate/ terms, only then you should choose change terms button; otherwise NOT.

Your proposal has been submitted when you sent it. There is no way of knowing if the client read it or not. 

Once you sent the proposal, you can't go back and change it, except for the terms.

I noticed a change in the behaviour of the system yesterday, when I submitted a fixed price proposal. In the past I always got a screen asking me to confirm that I understood the terms. Yesterday I didn't get that screen. Instead it went straight to the screen with "Change terms" and "Withdraw" buttons, which seemed odd. It sounds like that's the same behaviour that you saw, Zaheer.

I think your proposal probably was sent. I know mine was, as I received a reply to it. (My proposal was responding to an invitation)

That happens to me all the time, I would say about 30% of proposals go through without klicking the button. Still eats connects, though.
