Which bank is best in Pakistan to get paid (same day)

Hello everyone, I am Mohsin Sharif from Pakistan. I need to ask that if someone recommend me about Direct to bank payment issue, which bank is fast, I am using Bank Al Habib and get paid within 1-3 hours (same day). But I need to add another bank to use transactions from upwork only. Any country mate will tell me about his / her experience about withdrawl (direct bank option) same day?
