While creating an account problems accured

When we go to creating an login account more steps we have complete and who doesn't have TIN number and GSTIN no these steps are not going complete.So It's shows incomplete and in that topic have the solution on it's own they give the go to setting and which step is not completed that topic related options that shows you have click on that and you have follow through the procedure then it will shows that it's completed.
