You're not getting work because your profile is terrible (sorry to be blunt). You need to read the resource Preston shared, and actually think about how to market yourself as a freelancer. You're marketing yourself as a writer, but you have no sample, no experience, and the one sentence in your profile is full of mistakes.
I'm not trying to be mean, understand. I'm just telling you what any client sees. Take some time to read about what a real, competitive profile looks like, and then take the time to create one for yourself.
