Why I am not Top Rated yet?

Hello All,

First of all I am very glad to be a part of this great Upwork community!

However, there is one thing I do not understand. I have maintained a Rising Talent badge for a number of weeks, have earnings of over 1k and my Top Rated eligable weeks show 16 out of 16. I have had 3 contracts and have a rating of 4.9. Please see the screenshot below.

Anyone can explain why I am not Top Rated yet?

Because you do not have a Job Success Score yet.

But I thought that I either need to have 90% or more JSS or to maintain Rising Talent status, which I did.

No. You have to have a job success score of at least 90%, which is the main requirement. You don't have that.
