Solved: Why I haven't got TOP RATED Badge?

I have more than $1k which fullfills top rated requirements.

But I still got no badge yet. Can anyone let me know what else is required?

No, it does not. It's just one of the requirements.

You also have to have a Job Success Score of over 90% for at least 13 out of the last 16 weeks. You don't have a Job Success Score at all yet and when you do, it'll be unlikely to be over 90%.

So even if you completed more contracts and got a JSS next Sunday and even if it was 90% or better, you'd have to wait at least another 14 weeks from now.
