Why I'm not getting Rising Talent Badge?

Hi Upworkers,

I have completed 2 out of 4 projects with 5-star ratings and cleared Upwork readiness test along with 100% profile completion. I tried to contact Upwork customer support as well, so is there anything I'm missing right now to get the Rising Talent Badge?

Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Once qualified you will receive an email confirmation, the badge will be awarded on your profile in up to 48 hours. To learn more about the requirements check out this Help Article. Thank you.

Hi Goran,

Thanks for your response! I have read that article already and have updated my profile accordingly, that is why I was asking if I missed any criteria for qualifying.

If you have more info that could help me in getting that badge, please share!

It is automatic. If you qualify, you get it automatically. Not everyone does and there is no manual workaround. If you haven't got it,that means that at the moment you don't qualify.
