Why Profile Pics?

Can you guys please piull stats on when you change your photo and its a black person you get less work? I have proof the pics have nothing to do with anything or is this a dating website too?

We don’t have those stats available to share. I'd like to note that all information on the profile, including the profile picture, has to accurately represent the freelancer's identity. Upwork does not allow discrimination based on color, race, or national origin. If a client expresses a preference in a job post or a message that is discriminatory, they are in violation of our Terms of Service and it can be flagged for our team to review.
