Why 'Top Rated eligible weeks' isn't increasing for me?

Hi, It has been more than a year I am on Upwork. I have earned more than 1k in the last 2 months. I don't understand why 'Top Rated eligible weeks' isn't increasing.

Help me to understand when this is going to increase and what should I do to make this happen.

Hi Mukesh,

I checked and it looks like you do not have a JSS yet. The Top-Rated Eligible weeks mean that you maintain a Job Success score of at least 90% (or Rising Talent status) for 13 of the last 16 weeks. You might want to read this help article for more information.
