Why Upwork Support structure is this much poor?

My financial account has been suspended and I have been asked to contact support (As I hadn't received any email). I had contacted them and told that I should wait for 24-48 hours and this issue is being taken care by another team.

 

I am waiting for their response since last 6 days and had words with two different agents as well and they told me that they have sent follow up messages to that very team. Still no revert.

 

Either you guys are having very fewer staff members o take care of the system or that very team is too slow and lazy to bother about reverts.

That's the spirit! Insinuate that the people you need to resolve your issue might be lazy. That'll no doubt give them the motivation and inspiration they require to pull out all the stops for you.
