Why Upwork don’t let me download a profile picture ?

Hi,

I am trying to register in Upwork since the past few days. The problem is that, for some reason, the image can’t be uploaded, even if my face is the main focus. I tried several pictures and different browsers( google Chrome, Mozilla, Internet explorer) without success. I can’t go further in my registration if it’s not solved.
