Why am I not able to upgrade my agency account from Basic to plus?

Hi there,


I'm not able to upgrade my agency membership from basic to plus, Every time I try to do the same it says please contact customer care because your account has been set to limited.

I am also having the same issue while upgrading to Agency Plus. Could not find an option to open up a ticket
