Why am i not getting my top rated badge?

I have completed all the requirements for Top rated and still not getting my top rated badge.
13 of 16 weeks completed as a rising talent
1k+ earnings in last 12 month.
Why am i not getting the badge?

Because you need a Job Success Score of at least 90%, and you don't have one at all yet.

Once you get one, you'll get top rated not long afterwards. Basically, you need more completed contracts.
