Why are all the fresh announcements marked 4 hours ago.

All the ads I see are marked 4 hours ago or more. Although they were submitted only a few minutes ago. From my phone I can see that the job ad was submitted only 10 minutes ago. But on my computer, Google Chrome shows that it's 4 hours ago. Who knows how to solve this problem? This happened after reinstalling Windows.

Have you tried to check using a different browser or after clearing your cache and cookies? Also, from your phone, are you checking using the mobile App?
