I have been working for a client for the last two weeks. I have not received any funds despite the payments moving into pending. I reached out to the chat support but the claim my account is suspended despite being able to login and continue logging hours. I have enabled two-factor verification and my identity verfification was accepted without issue. I have also not received any emails about my account being in violation or anything like that. Please help.

Your account look alive. Do you able to buy connects and apply jobs? If yes then not your account issue but client's payment delayed.
