Hi. A client sent me a manuscript in June. I finished it and sent it back to him last week. Then yesterday he emailed me saying he thinks he sent me the wrong version. So I went to search for his original message from June.
I clicked on his name in the left hand column, where the name of the manuscript was under his name. The only messages that came up were the ones from the past couple of days. I tried over and over again to get the messages from June and they seem to have disappeared. How can I get them back? Thanks for any advice.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, I was unable to replicate the issue that you are describing. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or try using a different browser? As a note, you can find all the attached files from a conversation in the 'Files & Links' option as shown in the screenshot here. Let us know if the problem persists.
