Why client asking for refund.

I have submitted the work for client, and explained him everything. He is bothering me on  other platforms by saying that he has contacted upwork and he will get all his money.
Why would i issue refund to him. I have worked honestly for this client despite him bothering me>. Now i just need upwork to listen to my side. I trust upwork completely and i iknow that upwork has best protection methods.

If you did the work as agreed, there is no reason to issue a refund.

 

Was this an hourly contract or fixed price?

Did you have a team work that hourly contract? Were all hours tracked with the tracker and fully compliant with Upwork's terms for hourly protection? (Memos, activity levels etc?) Why is the client talking about several people?

Block him on those other platforms. Don't respond to him.

Those other platforms have no control over what happens on Upwork.
