Why do i have to verify my identity again?

Hi guys. I've been working since the odesk days here  and have verified my identity a long time ago with all the documents needed. 

 

today when i was submitting a proposal, it is now asking for the documents again. and i cant find the live chat option which was very easy to find before ( as a top rated one, as far as i remember, i was promised a chat option too ).

 

so why is it asking for verification again? can someone help? TIA 🙂

Is it sarcasm? Because i am not at all amused.

I think you should simple go ahead and verify your ID now.. before it is too late..

I can see that you already have an open ticket with support regarding your ID verfication and they were able to share details why there is a need to do so. I recommend that you continue contacting the support team if you have further questions about the issue.
