Hi guys. I've been working since the odesk days here and have verified my identity a long time ago with all the documents needed.
today when i was submitting a proposal, it is now asking for the documents again. and i cant find the live chat option which was very easy to find before ( as a top rated one, as far as i remember, i was promised a chat option too ).
so why is it asking for verification again? can someone help? TIA
