Why do non of your support options on the website work?

I'm trying to submit a proposal, however the form is faulty. It won't allow me to type in expected length of project. Therefore I cannot submit my proposal. Please help!

Support options do work, the most important of which is this very supportive Community Forum.

I am confused by your question. Because I do not recall any field on job proposal submission forms that asks freelancers to "type in the expected length of a project."

What you said reminds me of two input controls on the submission pages for fixed-price contracts.

But those are point-and-click inputs. There is no typing involved.
