 There are several reasons.

• No portfolio. For someone offering expert translations  from and into 4 languages a portfolio is vital, otherwise nobody believes that you really DO speak all 4 languages at the level needed to translate into them.
• If your profile and forum post are anything to go by, your proposals may be written in poor English, which will make clients think that you don't know the other languages you offer any better either.
• Knowledgeable clients do not believe people who claim to (expertly) translate into 4 languages, especially when there is clear evidence that at least one of them is not fluent.
