Why does my Upwork user interface look so basic

Hello,

Why does my Upwork user interface look so basic?? I have been not receiving any projects for a while. But I have completed a project last night still it looks so basic.**Edited for Community Guidelines** so that's why I noticed it. If you notice very carefully you can see the difference.

I tried logging in and out, cleared cache, clear data, and so on. But no use.

Kindly do something about this.
