Why does my public freelance account say "No Longer Active" when clients try to click on it?

I created a temp client profile to search my name to see if my profile was coming up in search results. I did. But when I tried to click my name-- "This Profile is No Longer Active". 

How?

I'm currently in an agency and submitting proposals. 

That was what led to my research--when you searched my agency, my profile wasn't coming up.

And before you ask:

Yes, it's set to my default team

Yes, I'm listed as freelancer, not client, and

Yes, my profile is Public.

Help would be much appreciated. Please and thank you 🙂
