When I upload the work and click on the payment request button, the work submission automatically appears in the chat messages.
But this time it didn't appear in "Messages and Files" section, so I submitted it again. And still, I don't see it there.
Now there are two identical submissions is in the "submissions" section.
Why is that? Does the recruiter see the work submitted? Should I press the button another time?
On occasion, a client has informed me that the file does not appear when I use the Request Payment button. If this happens, I recommend that you send the work as an attachment through the regular messaging window. If you resubmit your request for payment, the 14-day payment countdown restarts.
