Why don't I have Identity Badge?

I was able to provide my passport and had a video call way back 2017, and yet I do't have that badge. I also don't have this link to verify my account, though I know my account has been verified. This Identity badge will make my account excel other freelancers when clients visit my profile. Please help me get that badge.

At this time, only Top Rated freelancers will become eligible to earn the “Identity Verified” badge, though we do plan to expand this program in the future. When you become eligible, our team will notify you upon login. Thank you.
