Hello
I just saw that my job success score has decreased from 100% to 92%.
What is the reason for that?
I have only 5 star ratings with excellent customer feedbacks and all my current jobs are active.
This is very frustrating.
Coukd you let me know the reason for that?

Hi Mathias,
Melanie is correct. Your Job Success score is updated every two weeks, and it’s important to note any movement in this score (either up or down) reflects both recent activity and activity over a longer period of time. Because we look at trends over a 24-month period, you can see your score change, even without recently closed contracts, due to past jobs slipping out of the 24-month window.

There ARE no 12 and 24 month windows, as the OP only has contracts in the 6 month window (plus one outside the 24 month window from 2016
My guess would be a contract / contracts that started but either ended without any payment or are still open but nothing was ever paid or a contract / contracts that was / were fully refunded.
