Why haven’t I received full requested payment?


I keep track of my overview and transactions - the 20% typically pulls from pending to available balance. Projects ended last week seemed different where the 20% was taken and shown in pending.

I requested payment last Saturday for X amount, received an email confirmation, and this morning checked my bank statement and another 20% has been taken (that’s over 30% of the earned amount).

What is going on?

As far as I know, no changes have been made to the Reports and Service fee is showing under Pending tab by design. 


I also checked your Transaction History and it looks like the Service fee has been calculated correctly for recent payments. You may need to check with your bank regarding any additional fees that would be charged on their end.
