Why i cant post a job requirement from my account?

I am a freelancer and I can not see any option to post a requirement from my Upwork account. 
Why I can't post a project for which I want other freelancers to work upon?

Hi Mayur,

In order to be able to post jobs, you will need to open a client profile. To do this go to Settings > My Teams > Create a New Account. Thank you.
