Why is different between my local time and Upwork website displayed time?

Dear Upwork Team.

I am Peter from Canada and new freelancer.

Now I have one problem.

It is that is different between my local time and Upwork website displayed time.

For example, my local time is 10.24pm and my client's local time is 12.24pm.

But client's local time is displayed 3.24pm.

This means Upwork websites displayed time fast 3hours than client's current time.

Also it is same in find work.

How can I fix it?

Thanks for your time.

Hi Peter,

Upwork is set in UTC to coordinate and reconcile different time zones. It's fine if you prefer to check your account using your local timezone. If in case you have any scheduled meetups with your client, you may use a timezone converter to ensure that you are following the correct date and time.

Thanks for your reply.

Curretnly, I am using my local timezone.

(UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)

One thing, a few days ago, everything was okay on Upwork.

Means, all job posted time was displayed in correct.

I think, I have gotten the attack from virus.

Thanks for your kindness.

Best Regards

Peter.
