Why did you imagine it would be easy?

It can be difficult to get your first, second, or 20th job on Upwork; it's just the nature of an unpredictabile marketplace.

However, I believe a freelancers' chances of winning jobs are much higher if they have verifiable experience and marketable skills. Your profile does not present a strong writing background nor does it go far enough to explain how you can meet a client's needs.

I understand the desire to provide freelance writing services, but most Upwork clients I've encountered will look for established writers with professional experience. Without that experience, getting writing jobs on Upwork can be a challenge.
