I can’t see your profile. Have you done a lot of jobs in that time? Are you showing on your My Stats page that the most recent update was Jan. 20? Has your Clients Would Recommend stat changed at all?
I've been on Upwork for two years and my JSS has only changed about five times, three of them in the first few months I had one. If your work is of fairly consistent quality, there's no reason it should be changing much (if at all) week to week.
