Why is my account suspended?

I am developer and when ever i try to build good profile and find work my upwork account is suspended.

I have never make more proposal or bad reuest. Whenever i try to use upwork then i login but always i got that my account is suspended. I dont know what i need to do.

In this corona pandamic i lost job so i badly need work  this time if i dont get it is very bad for me. So kindly help to activate my account.
