Why is my funds not released yet after the 5 security days

Client paid me on July 30 and funds was supposed to be available on Aug 4. But my transaction history is showing that it will be available by Aug 5. Has the number of days changed?

Hi Akin,

Thank you for your message. I see that your funds are still in Pending status and should be available by August 5th. Please note that you need to complete 5 days security period after the fund released date.

But like I said, the funds were released on July 30th. So the 5 days security period ends on Aug 4.

Hi Akin,

That's right, today is the fifth day of the security period. After the day ends today (UTC time) you'll see the funds available on your account.
