I know, but where are you getting that your success rate is low? You're talking about JSS, right? You don't have that score yet. How do you know it's low?

When I try to apply for new jobs sometimes the requirement is for example 90 or 80 percent success rate and it shows that I don't qualify.
Also is JJS the same as feedback?

Arash, you need to complete at least 4 or 5 jobs, with 3 or more clients, to have a JSS. While it's true many jobs require 80 or 90 JSS, you can still apply for those jobs and the client will receive your proposal.

Yeah, just ignore that.
Most clients don't care, anyway.
The requirement is there by default when clients post a job, and most clients don't even see the setting because it is hidden unless they click a button.
And there is nothing you can do about it. No matter who you are, you don't have a JSS score when you first start out. So just apply to jobs that you would do great at and don't even think about the JSS score requirement.

Not at all. The JSS is what you see in the right hand upper corner of a freelancers profile, if he has one. (research a few).
A lot of different factors go into the JSS calculation once you qualify for it (research the requirements), public feedback is just one of them.
