Why is that I can't upload profile picture?

I wanted to upload profile picture in my account but suddenly I can't make it due to some errors that says, 250px by 250px is the required size. What is the problem? Hope to receive your response immediately.

Hi Jessa, 

This notification means that the file should be 250px by 250px, or less. Do you have a copy of the profile picture that you are trying to upload so that I can check?

Please see attached file. That file is the one I tried to upload as my profile picture. I tried also to crop it many times but still it does not work.

It doesn't look like you were able to attach your profile photo. When you get the chance, please try re-attaching the file so that our team can check.
