Why is the money withdrawn from my bank account not being added?

I have withdrawn my money from the account but the money has been returned without being added to the account.

I just checked your account and I can see that you have withdrawn your funds today. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the funds to be loaded on your account. If you haven't received your funds after 8 business days, let me know here. Thank you.
