Why it's getting harder day by day to win project in Upwork?

From last 2 month I have sent proposal on many project but didn't receive any response from new client. 

Is there any issue or something happening?

You need to focus on your proposal 
take some time to write the proposal think out of the box you need to gain the confidence of the client
someone else might be writing better proposals to the client 
read the article on winning proposal you will get a better idea
