Why my English Proficiency is not showing in my profile

Hello Upwork Community,

As per checking my profile, I cannot see my English proficiency displayed. Normally, it's shown at the left side (Profile view) and on the right side (Find Jobs view).

I can remember I have chosen my English proficiency when I signed up but was wondering because lately, I can't see it. Can someone please advise me what to do?

Okay I will wait, please. I think this is one reason why I can't win some proposals especially for some jobs that requires the English proficiency 😞
