Hi, This is Shahhure,
A few months back I joined upwork and today I saw on my profile Job Success Score is 75%. While I have completed my all jobs successfully with 5 Star Rating (only one with 4.15 star) and I'm already in a long term contract with my 2 Clients. But when I'm going in "My Stats" it shows up that, "Long term Clients 0%" and "Clients who would recommend you: 0". Kindly let me know what basically is going there?
Thanks!

You've completed 4 contracts, of which one client gave you a 3 for quality which would indicate issues which will likely mean the client would not have given you very high marks on the private feedback questions as to whether they would want to hire you again or recommend you to their friends or colleagues.
the JSS means the percentage of jobs that had a GREAT outcome, not those the client merely survived.
So you had three great ones, one not so great one, makes 75% JSS.
long term contracts are 3 months of activity or more, and you haven't had enough completed contracts for a recommendation Score.

2 out of 6 isn't "most"...
The trick is to not close contracts yourself and to encourage the client to close it instead. If the client closes the contract, you are guaranteed feedback.
However, contracts without feedback don't affect your JSS
