Why my Job Success percentage is 73% when I didn't receive any bad review ?

I have completed all my jobs successfully yet, my job success percentage is 73%. Why is it so low? No score is available in my stats window but the percentage is showing. Attached are the image. Please assist.

Hi Shaheer,

Your JSS can change for a number of reasons, even without recent activity. Your best JSS score will be displayed based on the rolling windows when it is calculated. Sometimes, new contracts are added that impact your JSS. Other times, old activity is aged out.

For example, a contract will no longer count in your six-month JSS window once it is six months and one day old.

Your JSS can change because:

• You receive poor public or private feedback from one or more clients
• You receive very positive public or private feedback from one or more clients
• A higher-value job is added to your JSS and it outweighs lower-value jobs
• Past jobs are no longer considered because they fall outside the time frame

Your score now showing as %100, I have the same problem as yours. It says %73, but I don't have any negative feedback. How did you fixed it?

The score was available after a couple of days, I guess it takes time to show up. My score increased after I was able to land more jobs and receive a positive feedback.
